Biona Organic Rye Bread

Bread made by a family-owned bakery in Münsterland, Germany. Established in 1927, the bakery uses traditional artisan skills - freshly grinding the grains just before baking to create loaves packed with wholegrain goodness needed as part of a healthy diet. 

Wheat free (contains gluten) & wholegrain with no added yeast. 

Ingredients: Wholegrain Rye Meal*, Water, Natural Sourdough*(Wholegrain Rye Meal*,Water), Pumpkin Seeds*(5%), Sea Salt.
